Scope of Work:

-Dismantling and Salvage of Buildings and outdoors pool

-Place turf mix and sod to restore land to park use

Project Location: 404 East 51 st St, Vancouver, BC

Completion Date: July 2008

The Challenges:
Dismantle Building – Maximize Reuse and Recycling of Building Components & Minimize Landfill Waste.

Two B-Trains of timber were salvaged for reuse.

All metals were separated and salvaged.

All concrete and block was crushed and buried on site to use as fill material.
