- Reshoring of structure

-Removal and salvage of Main Floor Structure to enable excavation in the building

-Break and remove the concete canopy along Granville St.

Project Location: 2935 Granville St., Vancouver, BC

Completion Date: October 2008

The Challenge:

Complete removal of the main floor of the building. This would enable excavation to create a full basement. The entire roof structure was reinforced with bracing prior to dismantling work.
